Shipping Information
I run the business out of my home in Black Forest, Colorado USA--just a bit north of Colorado Springs.
I ship Monday through Saturday by USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders usually ship within 48 hours (and often within 24 hours) of receipt when I am not on the road vending. Orders that I receive by 11 am MST usually go out the same day. I ship orders by priority mail and USA customers generally receive them within 2-5 days. International orders also go out priority mail and arrive within 1 week to 2 months, depending on customs in the receiving country. Brazil and Chile are known for delays in customs, but the packages do eventually get to the customers. Customers receive an email when their packages are shipped with tracking information. Packages are NOT insured.
I post a closure notice that appears on the top of each website page indicating my travel dates for workshops.

For orders shipped outside the USA:
Rates for orders to Canada and Mexico that fit in a large envelope or small flat rate box start at $14.00. Rates for orders to all other countries that fit in a large envelope or small flat rate box start at $18.00 Rates for orders that have to go in a box will run $24.00 or more.
For international orders, the shopping cart estimates shipping/handling costs. If the cart charges more than is needed, I refund excess shipping costs. On occasion, the cart does not charge enough and I will send the customer an additional paypal request for funds.
