The business REOPENS 6/18/2013. We are back in our home with power and internet. The inventory is fine with no problems with smoke whatsoever. Thanks so much for you patience during the Black Forest fire.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that I do not accept returns on sale merchandise, special orders, books or patterns.
If it is necessary to return or exchange some merchandise, please email Debbie at email@example.com before sending the return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened if an item comes in it's own packaging, and in resaleable condition. Pack the return merchandise well so it arrives back to us in resaleable condition. If the product is not resaleable, you won't get a refund. You will be refunded AFTER I receive the returned goods.
If we sent an item by mistake, we will gladly refund the return postage if sent by cheapest method. If you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind about some merchandise, the responsibility for return postage is yours. You will be refunded the purchase price of the items once they are received by DS9Designs. If you want to exchange items, you have the responsibility for return postage of the items coming back to DS9Designs and you will need to pay for shipping the new items you will be getting.
